Clear Bag Policy

Commencement ceremony policy now requires all bags to be checked for security purposes, so it is recommended that guests plan to arrive early to avoid a delay in reaching their seats. Additionally, guests will be required to go through metal detectors.

Regalia

Standard Student regalia is provided at an additional fee from the graduation application fee and is distributed by the University Bookstore.

All degree candidates are to arrive dressed in their regalia. No adornments and/or ornamentation, including pins, flowers, or brooches, will be allowed on caps and gowns.  Approved adornments are specific to academic and leadership recognition and are distributed through the College of Engineering Dean’s Office.

Graduates may pick up regalia in the University Bookstore, during Graduate Salute.  For more information please contact the bookstore at 479-575-3011 or cnesbitt@bncollege.com.

University of Arkansas Graduation App

Students are encouraged to download the University of Arkansas Graduation App on Google Play or Apple devices for details on graduation and commencement, including useful information about applying to graduate, attending commencement and receiving the diploma.

Family, friends, and other guests will find helpful information such as commencement schedules, parking maps, live streaming and the list of prospective graduates.

Pictures

Professional photography services are provided during the ceremony through Grad Images. Order information may be obtained by visiting the Grad Images website or by calling 1-800-424-3686.
