Mentor Program

Chemical Engineering Mentoring ProgramThe Chemical Engineering Mentoring Program connects current students with accomplished alumni. The program is open to undergraduate and graduate students. Mentors and students meet during the fall semester in circles of

about 6-8 people, organized by class year (e.g., sophomore, senior, graduate). Discussion topics center around career opportunities, job expectations, and professional development skills and strategies.

This is a fall semester program. All students will be invited to join the mentoring program during the first weeks of the fall semester via email and in-class announcements. The program begins with its annual kickoff event on-campus. After that, each circle sets their own meeting schedule. There is one feedback session in the spring semester that students can participate in.
