Chemical Engineering
The Ralph E. Martin Department of Chemical Engineering boasts five endowed chairs and eight endowed professorships, with faculty specializing in areas like cellular engineering, process safety, and advanced materials. The department houses the Chemical Hazards Research Center and is a national site for the Membrane Science, Engineering, & Technology Center.
