Natalie Becknell teaches undergraduate courses relating to consulting and working as a professional from a civil engineering perspective. Her graduate research focused on material characteristics of concrete mixtures containing blast-furnace slag and fly ash. After graduate school, Mrs. Becknell was hired by Garver, LLC as a Project Engineer, while completing training as an Engineer Intern in transportation, site development, hydraulics, and hydrology. In 2008, she was promoted to Project Manager as a result of becoming a licensed Professional Engineer, registered in the state of Arkansas. Mrs. Becknell has been the lead designer and project manager on many local projects in northwest Arkansas and participated on regional projects in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, and elsewhere in Arkansas.
